As a part of the emergency shelter response that  JAAHD partnered with UNHCR implements; comes the distribution of Emergency Shelter Kits “ESKs” as an easily assembled and mobile temporary small residence that provides protection from hot or cold climates, and its space requirements comply with the agreed Cluster standards and guidelines and it is suitable for a small family not exceeding 6 members. JAAHD provides this kind of emergency shelter in emergency cases to ensure the rapid assistance for the IDPs in Hajjah, Al Hodeidah and Almahweet. This assistance includes wooden poles and plates, plastic sheets and ropes; and in most cases JAAHD provides it with Non-Food Item Kit.
